@Jon: Thank you very much for your comment Jon. Actually you'll need a lot of patience to achieve such a shot. There's no specific technic, just a background, a high speed flash and a hundred shots before you have one like this ...

Tu délires bien avec tes gouttes d'eau, c'est vraiment bien. Je ne sais pas comment tu fais pour faire apparaitre le drapeau US à l'intérieur, chapeau. Bravo, pour le sujet/date, bien vu.
